Julianne Lyn Mcnamara competed for USA in women's artistic gymnastics during the Perfect-10 era, in 1984. She won two Olympic medals — one gold and one silver. Two elements on the Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique (FIG) Table of Named Elements carry her name.
