Leszek Blanik was a two-time Olympian for Poland in men's artistic gymnastics, competing from 2000 through 2008. He won two Olympic medals — one gold and one bronze. One element on the Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique (FIG) Table of Named Elements carries his name.
