Steffi Kräker competed for East Germany in women's artistic gymnastics during the Perfect-10 era, from 1976 through 1980. She won two Olympic medals — one silver and one bronze. One element on the Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique (FIG) Table of Named Elements carries her name.
